David came to Nashville to be close to his daughter and quickly discovered that Middle Tennessee — especially the countryside south of the city — felt like exactly where he was meant to be.

With a background in engineering, executive leadership, and sales, David brings structure and strategy to everything he does. A decade of land flipping, and years of house flipping before that, gave him deep hands-on expertise that sets him apart. He knows land — how to evaluate it, what it’s worth, and what it can become.

Today he specializes in residential home and land sales throughout Middle Tennessee, with a focus on the communities south of Nashville. He also develops affordable land and home packages that help everyday families own a beautiful home on real acreage — work he finds genuinely meaningful. As a member of the Homestead Group, his goal is straightforward: help people get more life for their money and find a place they’re proud to call home.

When he’s not working, you’ll find David serving at his church, fishing or diving, traveling somewhere worth the trip, or around a table with good music, good food, and good people.
